This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this Peekle website and join our waitlist, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Peekle is currently a pre-launch website; we are not yet offering a live product or user accounts here.
1. Information We Collect
- Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and, optionally, the interest you select ("what excites you most").
- Attribution data. To understand how people find Peekle, we record marketing parameters in the link you arrived from (UTM values) and the referring website address, if any.
- Technical & usage data. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions on the page.
We do not collect photos of your home, payment information, or account credentials on this website.
2. How We Use Information
- To add you to the Peekle early-access waitlist and contact you about launch.
- To measure which channels and messages bring interested visitors ("where customers come from").
- To understand which features people care about ("what they want") so we can prioritize the product.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Analytics & Advertising Tools
We use the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive the technical/usage data described above:
- PostHog — product analytics (page views, on-page events, funnels). We configure it to be privacy-friendly.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — to measure and attribute advertising.
- TikTok Pixel — to measure and attribute advertising.
Where required, we ask for your consent before loading these tools (see the notice shown on your first visit). You can decline; the waitlist form will still work.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and the tools above (for example, our hosting provider and the analytics/advertising vendors named in Section 3), and where required by law.
5. Data Retention
We keep waitlist emails until Peekle launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to remove you. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention settings.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing info@ashveq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor valid requests.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
8. Children
Peekle is intended for adults. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. International Visitors
We operate from the United States. If you access this site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Peekle develops. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
